Program Engineer

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Program Engineer to join a growing team for a global leading metal component manufacturer!

the role

• Oversee all phases of customer programs, from RFQ to stable production, ensuring effective cross-functional teamwork and project management.
• Maintain strong communication with sales, customers, and internal departments. Conduct feasibility studies and address customer requirements related to DFM and costing.
• Review FA packages to ensure complete documentation and high-quality part delivery. Manage critical outsourcing processes and end product quality.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality to identify and resolve product and process issues during the NPI stage.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documents, including drawings, PMPs, IPs, FMEAs, WIs, and packaging standards. Provide weekly program status updates to relevant stakeholders.

the experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
